Vice President

Sarah Crawford joined the association management team at Gaughan in early 2017. She has worked in the association management industry since 2006 in a variety of roles and with a very diverse portfolio of communities, from small townhomes to large, master-planned subdivisions.

Before coming to Gaughan, Sarah worked with a small law firm in Salt Lake City, specializing in community association law. She was responsible for onboarding new clients, new and existing client relations, project management, and marketing. She also consulted on management company and association operations. Working with a community association law firm gave Sarah a great opportunity to be on the outside looking in at multiple management firms and to analyze operating styles.

Sarah enjoys continually working on management efficiencies and enhancing client services. She appreciates the variety of her workdays, knowing that no two days will be alike.

Sarah graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth in 2004 with a degree in International Studies. She holds several certifications, including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Manager Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
