We do business throughout the entire Twin Cities metro region and the surrounding area. Anywhere from Shakopee to Burnsville to Plymouth etc.

We have built and build apartments, town homes, senior housing, office, retail, industrial, medical buildings and more throughout the entire Twin Cities metro region. We would love to bid on your project.

Our job is to understand the market. We have a proven process to assist you and can bring leverage to negotiate on your behalf to get you the best possible deal. In addition, we have various resources only available to those in the brokerage industry to help determine the market to the fullest extent possible.

A homeowners association (HOA), or community association, is a legal entity in which the owners enjoy the protection, enhancement, maintenance and preservation of their homes and property.

The primary purpose of an HOA is to provide for the community business and governance aspects of the association. This is achieved by administering, maintaining and enhancing a residential real estate development, and thought the establishment of a system of property rights, binding covenants and restrictions, and rules and regulations.

We manage 19 multi-family properties throughout the entire Twin Cities metro region. We are currently developing our twentieth multi-family community that is expected to open in the fall of 2018.

We provide both hard-bid general contracting and construction management services. We build for governments/municipalities and private parties.
