PRO STAFF
As a full-service Commercial Real Estate business, we are equipped to assist our Tenants with a variety of needs, including construction. So, when Pro Staff needed a new space to conduct business, we were well-prepared to support them.
When their lease came up for renewal in 2016, Pro Staff approached Gaughan with the request to take over the space below them in the building they were in. It was decided that the new space would better fit their needs as a business. We built out the space in 30 days. Pro Staff moved in and were ready to renew their lease and continue business by mid-October.
We are passionate about helping local businesses find the right space. When a company settles into the right space for them, business can resume as usual, which helps to build a stronger community.
