We understand that your time is valuable – and limited. Our online services provide tools for community members to access information at their convenience, including online assessment payment options, access to community information, homeowner educational benefits, and maintenance service requests. Additional online services include online board financial packets, collection of resident information and requests, and homeowner volunteer optimization.
Our team is experienced in managing new and developing communities from conception through transition. We offer a variety of services to ensure a community’s success from the very beginning, including: coordination with the sales team, review of governing documents and make operational recommendations prior to recording, develop association policies and forms, establish service contracts, make staffing recommendations, prepare for and administer required annual meetings and manage the community transition process.
Education and Training
Knowledge is essential for a successful board of directors and a financially sound association. Our complimentary training sessions cover a variety of topics, including the role of the board, effective board meetings and Roberts Rules of Order, risk management, effective communication, revising rules and regulations, financials, working with committees, community meetings, and MCIOA (Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act) updates.

Property Transition Plan
We provide a streamlined, efficient property transition plan, beginning with a meeting with the board of directors, initial site visit, and review of both governing documents and financial statements. We’ll contact the current property vendors and review any in-progress projects. Additional transition services include transferring or opening bank accounts and obtaining property files from the previous management property; sending out a welcome letter to homeowners, along with a questionnaire to obtain updated information; and working with the board on a yearly schedule and long-range planning for the property.
